The City of Perth Library is a landmark civic building in the heart of the CBD. Opened in 2016, it was the first new civic building constructed by the City of Perth in more than 40 years and now serves as a central hub for learning, community events, and public space.

Tyrone completed the main blockwork and stairwell walls on this seven-level facility. Our work formed the structural core of the building, seamlessly integrating masonry elements with the broader construction program to create a facility designed for heavy public use.

For this prominent civic project, program certainty and compliance were essential. Tyrone delivered to specification, on schedule, and with the quality standards necessary for a building that will serve the community for generations.
