Kings Square is a major redevelopment in Perth's CBD that has transformed the Wellington Street precinct with new office and retail towers. The project is a key component of the broader city renewal program, creating modern commercial space and enhancing public amenity.
Tyrone was engaged by two head contractors to complete works across both Kings Square 1 and Kings Square 3. Our scope included constructing stairwells, plant rooms, party walls, and façade walls on the multi-storey office and retail towers.
Working within a high-traffic CBD site required careful sequencing and close coordination with multiple contractors. Tyrone's in-house masonry teams and site supervision ensured all works met specifications and aligned with program deadlines, contributing to the timely delivery of this landmark commercial development.
